How do bubbles work

Your support bubble cannot include more than 2 households. All members of both households must agree to this arrangement. Children who live with a parent or someone with parental responsibility are not required to agree to the support bubble arrangement. You do not need to form a support bubble or childcare bubble to do this. A support bubble is different from a childcare bubble. Your support and childcare bubble do not have to be with the same household. You and your support bubble count as one household in the 2 household rule.
